This can be a great way to buy a home if you want to buy but need 1-10 years to improve your credit before you are able to secure a mortgage. We put all the terms in writing up front. Two possible scenarios are:

• Rent one of our portfolio homes, and earn $100 per month toward the down payment on the purchase of that home OR ANY OTHER LOCAL HOME YOU BUY. Qualifying is easy.

Short Term Lease

Transferring Temporary housing: We are property managers as well as realtors, so if you are transferring to the area or need short term housing between your sale and purchase, we can likely provide a flexible, open ended, house or town house lease.
