In 1991, Jim founded Greenwell Realty after working in a traditional real estate company. His experience inspired him to create a business centered on better service at lower cost while protecting his clients from the dangers of dual agency.

Jim brings a diverse background to his real estate business. He grew up on a farm near Rush City and later got construction experience from his family’s business. In 1986 after college, Jim moved to the Twin Cities, and now lives Coon Rapids with his wife Ann, and their two sons. He specializes in Anoka County properties. His work experience includes financial planning, software development, mortgage origination, real estate investing, and teaching community education classes on real estate.

When Jim is not working you may find him pursuing his competitive bird watching hobby in some forest or marsh. Jim and his teammates hold several Minnesota Ornithologists Union birding records.

Chris grew up in farming country (west-central Minnesota). He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he also worked for over ten years as a Project Developer in the College of Agriculture. His skill as a negotiator developed over two decades of entrepreneurial experience as a self-employed businessman.

Chris is a husband, father of three girls, and a proud Grandpa. He is a Realtor, Certified Minnesota Nurseryman, Landscape Designer, and a Commercial Pilot.

Chris specializes in working with buyers that are looking for exceptional values in residential properties. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, Chris promises to make finding that special property both fun and rewarding.

When you meet Rachel, you’ll experience Southern charm. Rachel grew up in Texas, but after meeting a mid-western boy, she moved to the Andover area and has lived here for 15 years with her husband and their three kids. Her background working in the mortgage industry is invaluable. She excels at handling a thousand important day to day details at a time. This work is key to ensuring that your transaction will be completed on time and with minimum surprises.
